Data Transfer Agreement

1. Scope and Parties

This Agreement applies to all personal data collected by Pandvil in connection with your participation in Pandvil Series tournaments, including account registration, match submissions, leaderboard activity, and prize payouts. The parties to this Agreement are you (the "Data Subject") and Pandvil LLC, acting as data controller for the information you provide through the platform.

2. Categories of Data Transferred

• Identifiers: username, email address, Epic Games display name and account ID, Discord username.
• Tournament data: match results, scores, screenshots, and related submissions.
• Payout information: payment handles (e.g., PayPal, Venmo) you provide to receive prizes.
• Technical data: device, browser, and log information generated while using the platform.

3. Purpose of Transfers

Personal data is transferred only as necessary to operate the Pandvil Series platform and fulfill our obligations to you, including:

• Verifying identity and tournament eligibility.
• Validating match submissions and screenshots.
• Publishing leaderboards and awarding prizes.
• Detecting fraud and enforcing the Official Rules.
• Complying with legal, tax, and anti-abuse obligations.

4. Recipients

To operate the platform we share limited personal data with third-party service providers, including cloud hosting and database providers, authentication providers (for Epic Games and Discord account linking), automated verification tools, payment processors (for prize payouts), and email and analytics tools. These providers are only permitted to use your data to deliver services to us. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.

5. International Transfers

Pandvil is headquartered in the United States, and our sub-processors may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms — to protect personal data transferred across borders. By using the platform you acknowledge that your data may be processed outside your country of residence.

6. Security Safeguards

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least- privilege principles — to protect personal data during transfer and storage. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to operate Pandvil Series, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to limited exceptions (for example, records required for tax or fraud- prevention purposes).

8. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and related data.
• Withdraw consent for specific transfers, where withdrawal is legally available.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
