By accessing or using Pandvil Series ("the Platform"), operated by Pandvil LLC ("Pandvil," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. If you are a Minor (under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Pandvil Series is a free-to-enter competitive tournament platform for Fortnite players. The Platform facilitates tournament registration, score submission, leaderboard tracking, and prize distribution. Pandvil Series is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Epic Games, Inc.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are a Minor, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Tournament-specific eligibility requirements are set forth in the Official Rules.
To participate in tournaments, you must create an account using Supabase Auth (email/password or OAuth via Discord or Epic Games). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Pandvil reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
All tournaments on Pandvil Series are free to enter. There are no entry fees, no betting, and no wagering of any kind. Prize pools are funded entirely by Pandvil. This is a non-negotiable policy in compliance with Epic Games' guidelines.
By participating in any tournament, you agree to the Official Rules governing that event. Pandvil reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Official Rules or these Terms.
Score submissions, including screenshots and other proof of gameplay, become the property of Pandvil upon submission and may be used for verification, moderation, and dispute resolution purposes.
Prizes are distributed off-platform through methods determined by Pandvil (e.g., direct transfer, gift cards). Prizes are awarded "as is" and are not transferable. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
If you are a Minor, prize payouts may require guardian identity verification in accordance with applicable law, including IRS reporting thresholds. Pandvil may block payouts (but not participation) until such verification is complete.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the property of Pandvil LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Pandvil.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Epic Games (OAuth), Discord (account linking), Stripe (identity verification), and others. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. Pandvil is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pandvil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Pandvil disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandvil's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of prizes (if any) you received from Pandvil in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pandvil LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Pandvil may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Pandvil may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
This platform is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite is a registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. The information participants provide in connection with Pandvil Series is being provided to Pandvil LLC and not to Epic Games, Inc.
