• Epic Games account data: If you connect your Epic Games account via OAuth, we receive your Epic display name and account ID. We do not receive or store your Epic Games password.
• Discord username: If you choose to link your Discord account.
• Payment information: Payment method details (e.g., PayPal or Venmo handle) you provide for prize payouts.
• Tournament data: Scores, screenshots, match results, and other submissions you make during tournaments.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and manage tournaments on the Pandvil Series platform.
• To verify your identity and tournament submissions.
• To display leaderboards and tournament results.
• To process prize payouts to winners.
• To communicate with you about tournaments and your account.
• To prevent fraud and enforce our tournament rules.

• Public leaderboards: Your Epic username and tournament scores are displayed publicly on leaderboards.
• Service providers: We use third-party services (such as Vercel for hosting and OpenAI for screenshot verification) that may process data on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Epic Games Disclaimer

This platform is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Epic Games, Inc. The information participants provide in connection with Pandvil Series tournaments is being provided to Pandvil and not to Epic Games, Inc. When you connect your Epic Games account, the OAuth authorization is handled directly by Epic Games. We only receive your display name and account ID after you authorize the connection.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Disconnect your Epic Games or Discord accounts at any time through your Pandvil Series settings.
• Update or correct your account information at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Pandvil Series is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
