Pandvil

Tournament Series

2026 Official Rules

Hosted by Pandvil LLC

These Official Rules constitute a legal agreement between you and Pandvil LLC governing your participation in any Pandvil-hosted tournament event.

This Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Epic Games, Inc.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 Introduction

These Official Rules ("Rules") are designed to protect the Event, and are intended to help ensure that it is fun, fair, and free from Toxic Behavior (as defined in Section 8.1). These Rules apply to any tournament, competition, or event hosted by or on behalf of Pandvil LLC ("Pandvil") (each, an "Event").

1.2 Acceptance of these Rules

By participating in the Event, including by joining any Session or Match in the Event, or by clicking to accept these Rules, you agree to these Rules. References to "you," "your," and "each player" mean you and, if you are a Minor (as defined in Section 1.3), your parent or legal guardian, as the case may be.

1.3 Minors

If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of majority as defined in your country of residence) (a "Minor"), you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to agree to these Rules and to participate in the Event. In addition, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian must also agree to these Rules on behalf of themselves and on your behalf. If you're the parent or guardian of a Minor, you need to accept the Rules. If you accept the Rules as the parent or guardian of a Minor, you confirm you're the Minor's parent or legal guardian and you agree to supervise and be fully responsible for their participation in the Event, including compliance with these Rules.

1.4 Changes to the Rules

Pandvil may change these Rules from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting revised Rules online. By continuing to participate in the Event, you are agreeing to the updated Rules. If you do not agree to the updated Rules, you must withdraw your participation in the Event.

2. Event Structure

2.1 Key Terms

"Elimination" means an occurrence where one player entirely depletes the HP and Shield (if any) of another player. Elimination credit is determined by the action feed and the UI illustrating the total number of Eliminations earned during a single Match. Elimination credit shall not be awarded to a player for any portion of a Match following such player's Elimination.

"Event Administrator" means any Pandvil employee, agent, or member of the Event admin team, broadcast team, production team, event staff, or anyone else engaged by Pandvil for the purpose of running the Event.

"Leaderboard" means the official leaderboard for each Session, as maintained by Pandvil.

"Match" means a single game of competition within the applicable game mode that is played until the game concludes with a player or the team winning.

"Session" means a set of Matches that is played until a winner or multiple winners are determined by one of the following methods: (a) completion of a set number of Matches, or (b) completion of a set time period.

2.2 Event Format and Scoring

2.2.1 Format Summary

Each Event will consist of one or more stages as determined by Pandvil and communicated to participants prior to the Event. The specific game mode, team format (Duos), and map will be designated by Pandvil for each Event. The format, number of stages, advancement structure, and scoring system applicable to each Event will be specified in the Event's supplemental rules or announcement materials.

2.2.2 Tournament Structure

Pandvil's competitive season is organized into a progressive tournament structure consisting of three tiers: Weekly, Challengers, and Masters.

  • Weekly: Recurring weekly tournaments open to all eligible players. Performance in Weekly tournaments determines eligibility for advancement to Challengers. The top-placing players or teams from the Weekly tournaments will qualify for the next Challengers event. Top scoring players across the quarter (leading to Challengers).
  • Challengers: Quarterly tournaments composed of top performers from the Weekly tournaments. Challengers events serve as the only qualifying path to the Masters. The top-placing players or teams from each Challengers event will earn advancement to the Masters.
  • Masters: The culminating event of the competitive season. The Masters draws its field from the top performers across all Challengers events throughout the year. Only players or teams that have earned advancement through the Challengers pathway may participate in the Masters.

2.2.3 Match Rules

Teams may participate in a maximum number of Matches per Session as designated by Pandvil. Matches for a Session will count only if the Match begins before such Session window closes. If a team fails to join or misses the start time for a given Match, it will be considered to have finished in (or tied for) last place with zero Eliminations for that missed Match. Match or Event specific rules will be specified in the Event's supplemental rules or announcement materials.

2.2.4 Tiebreakers

Tiebreakers will be determined in the following order: (1) total points scored; (2) total wins in the Session; (3) average Eliminations in the Session; (4) average placement per Match in the Session.

2.2.5 Platforms and Servers

Players acknowledge and agree that the Event may be cross-platform. Other players may participate on different platforms (i.e., PC, console, or mobile, as applicable), and different platforms may offer features which may arguably provide a competitive advantage to one platform over another. Pandvil makes no adjustments in the Event to accommodate different platforms, and it is each player's responsibility to select the platform they use to participate in the Event.

Additionally, as Pandvil Events are hosted on Fortnite Creative (UEFN) maps, Pandvil does not have control over server selection or matchmaking region. Players acknowledge that server assignment is handled by Epic Games' infrastructure, and that latency or server location may vary between players. Pandvil is not responsible for any competitive advantage or disadvantage resulting from server assignment, platform differences, or network conditions.

2.3 Schedule

The tentative schedule and dates for each Event will be communicated to participants through Pandvil's official channels. Dates may be changed; final dates and times will be confirmed prior to the Event.

2.4 Rescheduling

Pandvil may, in its sole discretion, change the schedule, the date, and/or the game mode for any Match or Session of the Event. However, Pandvil will inform players of any changes at its earliest convenience.

2.5 Prizes and Rewards

2.5.1 Prize Distribution

Subject to Section 2.5.2, prizes or rewards will be awarded to each eligible player or team based on their placement within the Leaderboard at the conclusion of the applicable Event stage. The specific prize awards for each Event will be set forth in the Event's supplemental materials or Attachment B.

2.5.2 Off-Platform Rewarding

All prizes and rewards associated with Pandvil Events are distributed off-platform through methods determined by Pandvil (e.g., direct transfer, gift cards, or other means as communicated to winners). Prizes are not distributed through any in-game mechanisms. Pandvil will contact winners via the communication method provided during registration to arrange prize fulfillment.

2.5.3 General Prizing Information

Only eligible players who comply with these Rules (as determined by Pandvil in its sole discretion) will be eligible to receive applicable prizes ("Winning Players"). No other player will be entitled to win any prizes in connection with the Event.

Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes are not transferable or assignable and cannot be transferred by Winning Players. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Pandvil. Pandvil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.

Potential Winning Players will be notified by Pandvil of their status within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of the applicable Event. Potential Winning Players must respond to Pandvil's notification and provide any requested information within thirty (30) days of such notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prizes may be subject to applicable taxes and it is the responsibility of each Winning Player to determine and pay any applicable taxes. Pandvil makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of any prize.

2.6 Community Cash Rewards

In addition to tournament prizes (Section 2.5), Pandvil may operate a Community Cash Rewards ("Cash Rewards") that provides players with the opportunity to earn rewards through ongoing engagement with Pandvil maps.

2.6.1 Overview

The Community Cash Rewards is a weekly draw-based rewards system in which eligible players may earn entries through playtime across Pandvil maps and submit those entries off-platform for a chance to be selected in a weekly draw. The Rewards Program operates independently from competitive tournament prizing described in Section 2.5.

2.6.2 Earning Entries

There is no charge for entry. Players earn entry eligibility by accumulating playtime across participating Pandvil maps. The more a player plays across Pandvil maps, the more entries that player becomes eligible to submit. The specific rate at which playtime converts to entry eligibility, and any applicable caps or limits on entries per player per week, will be determined by Pandvil and communicated through official off-platform channels.

2.6.3 Submitting Entries

Entries are NOT automatically submitted. Players must actively submit their earned entries through Pandvil's official off-platform submission channels (e.g., the Pandvil website and/or Pandvil Discord server). Playtime alone does not constitute an entry into the weekly draw. Only entries that are properly submitted through the designated off-platform channels during the applicable submission window will be considered valid.

2.6.4 Weekly Draw

Each week, Pandvil will conduct a random draw from all valid submitted entries to select one or more winners. A fixed prize pool will be designated for each weekly draw cycle, with the specific amount communicated through Pandvil's official off-platform channels. All entries reset at the start of each new weekly cycle. Prior entries do not carry over.

2.6.5 Off-Platform Requirement

All aspects of the Rewards Program are administered entirely outside of Fortnite. No element of the Rewards Program will be promoted, referenced, displayed, or conducted within any Fortnite island, island metadata, thumbnail, description, loading screen, lobby background, or any other in-game surface.

2.6.6 No Purchase Required

Participation in the Rewards Program does not require any purchase or payment. Entry eligibility is earned solely through playtime on Pandvil maps, which is free to all players.

2.6.7 Reward Fulfillment

All rewards associated with the Community Rewards Program are distributed off-platform through methods determined by Pandvil, consistent with Section 2.5.2. Winners will be contacted via the communication method associated with their entry submission.

2.6.8 Program Terms and Disclaimers

The complete terms governing the Community Rewards Program are set forth in Attachment C. By participating in the Rewards Program, players agree to the terms set forth therein. The Rewards Program is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Epic Games, Inc.

Pandvil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time, with notice provided through official off-platform channels.

3. Player Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in any Event Match or receive any prizes in connection with an Event, you must meet the eligibility criteria in this Section.

3.1 Player Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or such other age, if greater, as may be required in your country of residence) to participate in the Event. You must ensure that your age information is accurate. If you are a Minor, the requirements of Section 1.3 apply.

3.2 Account Standing

The account you use in connection with the Event must be in good standing. This means your account must be registered in your name and cannot have been previously purchased, gifted, or otherwise transferred from another player. You must be free of or have fully served any suspensions or other sanctions imposed in connection with a previous violation of any official Pandvil rules or the platform's terms of service.

3.3 Pandvil Affiliation

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Pandvil (including legal, promotion, and advertising agencies) and their immediate family members and those living in their household (whether or not related), and each person or entity connected with the production or administration of the Event, are not eligible to participate in the Event unless otherwise permitted by Pandvil.

3.4 Player Names

All team and individual player names must follow the Code of Conduct in Section 8. Pandvil and the Event Administrators may restrict or change team and individual player names for any reason.

The name used by a team or player may not include or make use of any trademark, trade name, or logo owned by or licensed to Pandvil or any third party without permission.

The name used by a team or player cannot be an impersonation of another team, player, streamer, celebrity, or any other person or entity.

3.5 Additional Restrictions

The Event is open to players from across the world, except where restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

During the entire Event, only a single player may play on a given game device. You cannot share the same device with other players during the Event.

You may only have one (1) entry (using one (1) account) into the Event for a given Session. You are expressly prohibited from having additional entries using additional or secondary accounts.

You may only participate on a single team during the duration of a given Event stage, unless otherwise specified by Pandvil.

3.6 Residency Restrictions

Due to applicable laws, sanctions programs, and export-control regulations, residents of the following countries and regions are not eligible to participate in any Pandvil tournament or to receive any prize, regardless of placement or performance:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • The Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Venezuela
  • Afghanistan
  • Myanmar (Burma)
  • Sudan

This list may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law. Participation from any other country or region subject to a comprehensive embargo, sanctions program, or similar restriction imposed by the United States or any other applicable authority is also prohibited. Pandvil reserves the right to verify residency and to disqualify any player found to be in violation of this Section, including forfeiture of any prizes.

4. Team Rules

4.1 Team Composition

During the Event, all players on a team must be present and partied up together to participate. If a team does not have all members present and ready by the start time for a given Match, it will be considered to have finished in (or tied for) last place with zero Eliminations for that Match.

4.2 Team Eligibility

All members of a team must meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 in order to be eligible to receive prizes. If one member of a team fails the eligibility verification process, all members of that team may be disqualified as Potential Winning Players or be required to find a new partner and reset progress at Pandvil's discretion.

4.3 Team Integrity

All of Pandvil's rights pursuant to these Rules relate to and are exercisable against the team as a whole and each individual member of the team. If any right of disqualification arises as to any individual member of the team, Pandvil may exercise the right of disqualification against the team as a whole.

Earned qualification spots (as applicable) cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or gifted to any person or organization. Earned qualification spots are connected directly to the team as a whole.

Players may only participate on one team at a time throughout each Session. If a player qualifies for a later stage, that player is locked to the team they played with in the qualifying stage.

5. Issues

5.1 Definition of Terms

"Bug" means an error, flaw, failure, fault, or other technical issue that produces an incorrect or unexpected result, or otherwise causes the game or a hardware device to behave in unintended ways.

"Intentional Disconnection" means a player losing connection to the game due to the player's actions or inaction. Intentional disconnection is not considered a valid technical issue for the purposes of a remake.

"Server Crash" means all players losing connection to the game due to an issue with the game server.

"Unintentional Disconnection" means a player losing connection to the game due to problems or issues with the game client, platform, network, or PC.

5.2 Technical Issues

Due to the nature and scale of online competition, except as otherwise determined by Pandvil in its sole discretion, Matches will not be restarted or made null due to Bugs, Intentional Disconnections, Server Crashes, or Unintentional Disconnections. Any Bug encounters must be played through and will not be cause for a remake, except as otherwise determined by Pandvil.

Players are prohibited from taking advantage of or otherwise exploiting any Bug that allows a player to participate in any Event round or Match or Session without having first qualified for such round or Match or Session pursuant to the terms of these Rules.

6. Communication

Event Administrators will be available to answer player-specific questions and provide additional assistance throughout the Event via Pandvil's official communication channels (e.g., Discord, email, or other designated platforms). Any answers or comments provided do not change these Rules.

7. Post-Match Process

7.1 Scoring

Pandvil's scoring system will record and report a player's score at the conclusion of such player's participation in a Match.

At times, unforeseen issues may arise that result in score reporting delays and/or inaccuracies. For the duration of the Event, the score displayed within the official Leaderboard will be the official score, regardless of accuracy.

After a Session has ended, Pandvil may adjust the Leaderboard standings (typically due to players or teams being disqualified and removed from the Leaderboard for breaking these Rules). For advancement purposes, the Leaderboard standings will be snapshotted at the end of the applicable Session, and those advancements will be considered "final" for purposes of advancement only, subject in all cases to final adjustment and confirmation by Pandvil.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 Personal Conduct; No Toxic Behavior

All players must conduct themselves in a way that is at all times consistent with the Code of Conduct in this Section 8 and the general principles of personal integrity, honesty, and good sportsmanship.

Players must be respectful of other players, Event Administrators, spectators, and sponsors (as applicable).

Players shall not behave in a manner that (a) violates these Rules, (b) is disruptive, unsafe, or destructive, or (c) is otherwise harmful to the enjoyment of the Event by other participants. In particular, players shall not engage in harassing or disrespectful conduct, use of abusive or offensive language, game sabotage, spamming, social engineering, scamming, or any unlawful activity ("Toxic Behavior").

Players shall not (a) proclaim to be, or represent themselves as, a banned player or a cheater/rule breaker, or (b) glorify or otherwise endorse the breaking or violation of these Rules.

8.2 Competitive Integrity

Each player is expected to play within the spirit of the game and these Rules at all times during any Event Match. Any form of unfair play is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Examples of unfair play include:

  • Collusion (as defined below), match fixing or throwing, bribing a referee or match official, or any other unfair or illegal action or agreement to intentionally influence (or attempt to influence) the outcome of any Match or Event.
  • Hacking or otherwise modifying the intended behavior of the game client.
  • Playing or allowing another player to play on an account registered in another person's name.
  • Using any kind of cheating device, program, or similar cheating method to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Intentionally exploiting any game function (e.g., a Bug or glitch) in a manner not intended by the game's developers in order to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Using distributed denial of service attacks, swatting, or similar methods to interfere with another player's connection.
  • Using macro keys or similar methods to automate in-game actions.
  • Accepting any gift, reward, bribe, or compensation for services promised, rendered, or to be rendered in connection with unfair play.
  • Utilizing outside assistance regarding the location of other players, other players' health or equipment, or any other information not otherwise known to the player by the information on their own screen.
  • Intentionally disconnecting from the game after you or a member of your team takes damage.

8.2.1 Collusion

Players may not work together to deceive or otherwise cheat other players during any Match ("Collusion"). Examples of Collusion include:

  • Teaming: Players working together during the Match while on opposing teams.
  • Planned Movement: Agreement between opposing players to land at specific locations or move through the map in a planned way before the Match begins.
  • Communication: Sending or receiving signals (verbal and non-verbal) to communicate with opposing players.
  • Item Dumping: Intentionally dropping items for an opposing player to collect.
  • Feeding: Intentionally allowing oneself to be eliminated by an opposing player.

8.2.2 Account Integrity

Each player must compete on their own Epic Games account, which must be registered in their own legal name. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and a permanent ban from future Pandvil Events:

  • Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to play, log into, or otherwise access your Pandvil Series or Epic Games account at any point during the Event, including to complete matches, qualifiers, or submissions on your behalf.
  • Account Selling, Buying, or Transfer: Selling, buying, renting, leasing, gifting, or otherwise transferring any Pandvil Series or Epic Games account used to compete in an Event. Accounts are non-transferable, and any prizes tied to a transferred account will be forfeited.
  • Smurfing and Alternate Accounts: Registering, maintaining, or competing on more than one account in the same Event, or using a secondary account to misrepresent your skill level, evade prior rulings, or gain any competitive advantage. Only one account per player is permitted per Event.
  • Boosting: Paying, offering to pay, or accepting payment (in cash, items, in-game currency, or anything of value) in exchange for another person playing on, improving the standing of, or influencing the results of any account competing in the Event. This applies to both the player receiving the boost and the player providing it.
  • Ban Evasion: Creating, using, or competing on any new or alternate account to circumvent a prior suspension, disqualification, or ban issued by Pandvil.
  • Identity and Registration Fraud: Registering with false information, impersonating another person, or using another person's identity, payment details, or contact information to participate in the Event or collect prizes.

Pandvil reserves the right to request verification of account ownership, identity, and eligibility at any time. Failure to cooperate with a verification request may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

8.3 Harassment

Players are prohibited from engaging in any form of harassing, abusive, or discriminatory conduct, including any of the foregoing based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, political opinion or any other opinion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other status or characteristic protected under applicable law.

8.4 Confidentiality

A player may not disclose to any third party any confidential information the player obtains in connection with the Event, including by posting on social media channels, unless expressly authorized by Pandvil.

8.5 Illegal Conduct

Players are required to comply with all applicable laws at all times. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Event may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the Event. If an attempt is made, Pandvil reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law.

8.6 Reporting

Any player who witnesses or is subjected to conduct that violates the Code of Conduct should notify a Pandvil Event Administrator. All complaints will be promptly investigated and appropriate action will be taken. Retaliation against any player who brings forward a complaint or cooperates in the investigation of a complaint is prohibited.

9. Enforcement; Rules and Conduct Violations

9.1 Enforcement

Pandvil will have primary responsibility for enforcing these Rules for all players at the Event and may impose sanctions on players for violations.

9.2 Investigation and Compliance

You must fully cooperate with Pandvil and/or an Event Administrator in the investigation of any violation or suspected violation of these Rules. If Pandvil contacts you to discuss the investigation, you must be truthful in the information that you provide. Any player found to have withheld, destroyed, or tampered with any related information, or otherwise found to have misled Pandvil during an investigation, will be subject to disciplinary action.

Pandvil has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove a player from, or restrict such player's participation in, any Event activity as part of any investigation.

9.3 Disciplinary Action

If Pandvil determines that a player has violated the Code of Conduct or these Rules, Pandvil may take the following disciplinary actions (as applicable):

  • Issue a private or public warning (verbal or written) to the player.
  • Loss of Session Points for the current or future Match(es).
  • Loss of all or any part of the prizes previously awarded to the player.
  • Disqualify the player from participating in one or more Matches and/or Sessions at the Event.
  • Prevent the player from participating in one or more future Events hosted by Pandvil.

The nature and extent of any disciplinary action will be in the sole and absolute discretion of Pandvil. Pandvil reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If Pandvil determines that there have been repeated breaches of these Rules by a player, it may impose increasing disciplinary action, up to and including permanent disqualification from all future Pandvil-hosted competitive events.

9.4 Rule Disputes

Pandvil has final, binding authority to decide all disputes with respect to any portion of these Rules, including the breach, enforcement, or interpretation thereof.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pandvil and its affiliates and the Event Administrators will not be liable for (a) any technical issues or other disruptions to the Event, including any loss or corruption of data, (b) the misconduct of any players or other third parties, (c) any injuries (including death) or property damage arising from any prizes or participation in the Event, (d) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, or (e) any printing, typographical, or administrative errors in any materials associated with the Event. Pandvil reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Event in its sole discretion should a virus, bug, or other technical issue, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, or other cause beyond Pandvil's control affect the administration, security, or proper play of the Event.

11. Publicity; Content Consent

11.1 Publicity Rights

Pandvil may use your name, tag, likeness, image, voice, gameplay statistics, and/or other biographical information, for publicity purposes before, during, and after the Event, in any manner and media, throughout the world, in perpetuity, but only in connection with publicizing the Event or other Pandvil events and programming, without any compensation or prior review.

11.2 Content and Interview Consent

If you are given an opportunity to participate in an interview or content capture in connection with the Event, you consent to be recorded and hereby grant to Pandvil a royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to grant sublicenses) to use your statements and any audio/video footage, as well as your name, tag, likeness, image, voice, gameplay statistics, and other biographical information in connection with the Event. Your participation is voluntary and you are not entitled to compensation for this license. You may withdraw this license at any time by contacting Pandvil, however this will not affect any uses Pandvil has made before the withdrawal.

12. Governing Law

The internal laws of the State of Arizona, without reference to any of its conflicts of laws principles, shall govern these Rules, including any disputes regarding these Rules and/or the Event.

13. Waiver of Jury Trial

Except as prohibited by applicable law and as a condition of participating in this Event, each participant hereby irrevocably and perpetually waives any right they may have to a trial by jury in respect of any litigation directly or indirectly arising out of, under, or in connection with this Event, any document or agreement entered into in connection herewith, any prize available in connection herewith, and any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

14. Privacy

Please refer to Pandvil's privacy policy for important information regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by Pandvil.

The information players provide in connection with this Event is being provided to Pandvil, LLC and not to Epic Games, Inc.

15. Other Languages

These Rules may be translated into other languages. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any translated version of these Rules and the English version, the English version shall prevail, govern, and control.

Attachment C: Community Rewards Program Terms

The following terms govern the Pandvil Community Rewards Program ("Rewards Program"). By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to these terms in addition to all other provisions of these Rules.

C.1 Sponsor

The Rewards Program is operated and administered solely by Pandvil LLC. This program is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Epic Games, Inc.

C.2 Eligibility

The Rewards Program is open to all players who meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3 of these Rules. Players must register for the Rewards Program through Pandvil's designated off-platform channels (e.g., Pandvil website or Discord server) to be eligible to submit entries.

C.3 How to Earn Entry Eligibility

Players earn entry eligibility by accumulating playtime across participating Pandvil maps within a given weekly cycle. Pandvil will track playtime data through its backend systems. The specific conversion rate between playtime and entry eligibility will be published on Pandvil's official off-platform channels and may be adjusted from time to time at Pandvil's discretion.

C.4 How to Submit Entries

Earned entries must be manually submitted by the player through Pandvil's official off-platform submission channels during the designated weekly submission window. Entries are not automatically submitted. Playtime alone does not constitute participation in the weekly draw. Players are responsible for submitting their entries before the weekly deadline; unsubmitted entries will expire at the end of each weekly cycle and will not carry over.

C.5 Weekly Draw

At the conclusion of each weekly submission window, Pandvil will conduct a random draw from all valid submitted entries to select one or more winners. Each weekly draw will have a fixed prize pool, the amount of which will be communicated through Pandvil's off-platform channels prior to the start of the applicable weekly cycle. The number of winners and allocation of the prize pool per draw will be determined by Pandvil and communicated accordingly.

C.6 Entry Reset

All entries — both earned and submitted — reset at the start of each new weekly cycle. There is no rollover or accumulation of entries across weeks.

C.7 No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in the Rewards Program. Entry eligibility is earned solely through free-to-play gameplay on Pandvil maps. No purchase will increase a participant's chances of winning.

C.8 Winner Notification and Reward Fulfillment

Winners will be notified through Pandvil's off-platform channels and/or via the contact method associated with their submission. Winners must respond to notification and provide any requested information within fourteen (14) days. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the reward. All rewards will be fulfilled off-platform through methods determined by Pandvil.

C.9 Off-Platform Administration

All aspects of the Rewards Program are administered entirely outside of Fortnite. No element of the Rewards Program will be promoted, referenced, displayed, or conducted within any Fortnite island, island metadata, thumbnail, description, loading screen, lobby background, or any other in-game surface.

C.10 Taxes

Rewards may be subject to applicable taxes. It is each winner's responsibility to determine and pay any applicable taxes on rewards received.

C.11 Release and Hold Harmless

By participating in this Event, to the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Epic Games, Inc., its licensors, its and their affiliates, and its and their employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and other representatives from all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, and expenses related to the Rewards Program.

The information participants provide in connection with the Rewards Program is being provided to Pandvil LLC and not to Epic Games, Inc.

C.12 Modifications and Termination

Pandvil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, for any reason, with reasonable notice provided through its official off-platform channels. Any changes to the Rewards Program terms will be posted on Pandvil's website and/or Discord server.
